About the Book
This book contains poetry about life, faith, disability, and love; it springs from my experience of cerebral palsy, as well as my relationships and engagement with Christian spirituality. In this short book, I explore everything from my love of chourizo sausage and red wine to my daily encounters with a big green yoga ball.

About the Creator
Mike Walker
Toronto, Ontario, Canada
I'm a poet from Summerside, Prince Edward Island, Canada; I was born in September of 1984 in Halifax, Nova Scotia. I have spastic cerebral palsy. I've been writing poetry for a very long time, most formally since 1999, when I have fourteen or so. I do so because it helps me to understand the world and to process my own emotions. Because all of my experience of the world is filtered through my body and its ambiguities, I write a lot about the experience of hav ing CP; I also write a lot about food, music, friendship, love, and my own kind of spiritual experience. I really hope that you enjoy my work!
