About the Book
Ignacio Never is a sensitive adolescent whose father is a renowned Spanish historian who despite his wealth, has closed himself away from the outside world. Iggy is left to his own devices and to the underworld of Harvard Square in the 1970s where a girl with a motorbike appears. The author portrays a boy who seeks truth and comfort in the reality of ordinary lives - anticipating our fascination with reality TV - but events take over as the Queen of America sets off a spiral of brutal murder and terror that turns reality inside out.
