About the Book
This is a historical account of Caspar Zunti and Jacob Zunti moving from Switzerland to the Canadian prairies in the early 1900s. With the help of the Immigration Office, the two brothers searched for land, settled on Saskatchewan homesteads, and broke the virgin soil to raise crops of wheat, barley, oats and flax. Through their toil and perseverance, they, their families, and other pioneers created the fabric of the Canadian farming west.
