I am a mother of 3. I have one son that's 17, a daughter that's 3 and another daughter that's 1. My daughters both have a condition named Leigh's syndrome. Unfortunately my 3 year has shown all the symptoms and complications associated with this very rare Condition. On the hand, my 1 year old has the exact condition but has yet to show all the symptoms at all. I wanted to write this book about Layla because no matter what she brings love and joy to anyone that knows her.
