About

Lisa earned her producing chops in Chicago's late '90s theatre scene, when she rallied a city-wide town hall meeting to save the Voltaire Theatre from demise in the real estate development boom of the time. She went on to join the team that launched TMZ.com. Then, in a move to New York, she produced the photo narrative exhibition and website, CHASING SANITATION with photographer Liz Ligon. Generously covered by the New York Times, NY1, Marie Claire, Glamour and New York Daily News, this led to her being tapped as producer on her first and award-winning film, HOW TO MAKE MOVIES AT HOME, written and directed by Morgan Nichols.

A graduate of California Institute of the Arts, Lisa is a recipient of the Dramatists Guild Fund, New York Foundation for the Arts and the Cheryl Williams Scholarship. She is currently working with the Monroe County Public Defender in Rochester, New York.
