I went from college athlete to couch potato to US Army Soldier.
From mama of two to marathon runner and nationally ranked natural body builder
To now an American council on exercise certified personal trainer and leader of an amazing community for women, helping them achieve their fitness goals.
I know what it means to be busy, and I understand that shifting priories, stress, late nights, early mornings, and just life get in the way of achieving your fitness goals.
But I also believe that if you ask yourself the fundamental questions of “what do I want?” And “what am I willing to sacrifice to have it?” There’s nothing you can’t do.
