Clare has been a dedicated vegetarian for 35 years, with a keen interest in wholefood cooking and nutrition. Over the years, Clare has been preparing delicious food in various cafes; festival food stalls and events in numerous countries. She now lives, with her son, in the mountains of Southern Spain, where she has been working for the last 15 years as a vegetarian chef in Cortijo Romero and other retreat centres. Clare is also a qualified Natural Nutritional Therapist.
