The author has worked on satellite communications for more than 45 years. He was a professor of electrical engineering in Brazil and worked in several satellite companies in the US: Intelsat, Teledesic, and PanAmSat. For the last 7 years, he was Chief, Satellite Division, at the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) in Washington DC. He retired from the FCC in August 2020. In this book, he remembers some funny stories that happened along his professional career.
