      About the Book

      Edit

The crane in Chinese culture has always been held in high esteem and has long symbolized longevity, happiness and good fortune. The subtle nature of the crane form draws the Kung Fu practitioner into the more sophisticated aspects of Kung Fu training. Its natural grace and attributes bring a refinement to the practitioner's understanding of his technique and movements. In this second volume of his Kung Fu in a Minute series, Master Paul Koh examines the history of the crane form and details the different strikes, beaks, wings and footwork of the crane. If one wishes to have a complete and well-rounded understanding of southern Chinese Kung Fu, it is paramount that they expose themselves to the knowledge imbued within the Immortal Crane Fist.
