We live in a quick-fix, I want it without the sacrifices, society. Too many people in this society seem to fail to realize that the quick fixes are actually just cover-ups, not fixes at all. Until God is the center of your life, your life will remain just a cover-up of fear, pain, anger, lack of self-esteem, spiritual death, and all other "Goliaths" you suffer from.



This is a compilation of a few essays the author has written over the past four years; each dealing with certain giants life's journey presents---marital issues, sexual abuse, child rearing, inability to forgive, et cetera. Although the topics highlighted in this book are not all inclusive of the challenges, trials, and tribulations we endure, they are ones the author feels a great need to highlight as a result of personal experiences and the enjoining of the Holy Spirit. It is the author's intent to offer a Christian perspective to handling the problems and situations that seem to be giants (Goliaths) in your life.
