About the Book
Tenpa Dhargyal Gashi was born in Mungod, India to a Tibetan refugee family. When he was still a toddler, the whole family moved to Delhi where his Father, Tsering Dorjee Gashi (a writer), had landed a job at the Tibet Information Monitoring Centre. Thereafter, Tenpa was send to the Tibetan Children’s Village in Dharmshala, a school dedicated solely to the education and wellbeing of Tibetan refugee children. He spend most of his formative years there, nestled in the quiet hills of the Dhaulader Range developing a love for reading and writing, following in the footsteps of his father. These are collections of poems from different phases in the poet's life and reflects stylistic differences and subject matter.
