About the Book
I have regrouped my paintings by themes, sometimes by geographical locations, some drawings, some paintings, some lighthouses and some imagination themes for you to enjoy. In a nutshell everything that I love, I seem to paint!
Jane Hannah is a Canadian graphic artist, typographer, calligrapher and watercolour artist as well as a teacher at Cégep John Abbott College in Ste-Anne-de-Bellevue, Québec, Canada. As someone whose academic beginnings focused on Music and Graphic Arts, she was fortunate enough to work for 19 years with open-hearted and talented individuals in Typography and Graphic Design. She then moved on to teach in the public education system and then joined Cégep John Abbott College to teach Graphic & Web Design. She obtained her Graphic Arts degree in 1983, followed by a Bachelors degree in Music & also in Education (Sherbrooke University followed by a Masters degree in Education (Sherbrooke University). Her watercolour paintings reflect the environment that surrounds her. She paints her rural environment for others to appreciate its beauty, and she draws in order to see and comprehend its grace. She is a Montreal Urban Sketcher (joined in 2012) and a member of the Artistes Hudson Artists. She
