Jim has 37 years experience in all aspects of professional photography, with a strong emphasis in illustrative advertising, fashion (on and off figure) and food photography. Jim's originally from the Chicago area, where he worked 8 years with the 2 largest commercial photography studios in the city. In 1992, Jim and his wife Carol moved to Branson, Missouri. Jim holds both the Master of Photography and Photographic Craftsman degrees from the Professional Photographers of America, is a PPA Approved Photographic Instructor, was awarded the Michigan Certified Photographer degree. Jim also served on the Board of Directors of the Professional Photographers of Michigan and of the Professional Photographers of the Ozarks. Jim has earned a total of 10 Kodak Gallery and Fuji Masterpiece awards and continues to lecture nationally.
