I look after the details: helping you prepare for your birth into motherhood and as a growing family. From infertility to baby-booms I am here every step of the way to offer safe and effective healing using plants as our medicine, and nutrition and movement to restore health. I am here to coach you through your labour, offering creative techniques and methods to work through each contraction. I am here for your support partner; offering tips, and help when needed. I am here for you as a birth doula, herbalist, and friend.

Making medicine and creatively using the resources around me to illuminate your way to health are what I do best. I personally enjoy making medicinal lotion for bruises, cuts, scrapes, and sunburns. Having been trained as an Assistant Midwife and Birth Doula I also love helping woman work through labour. I have experienced many years of having extremely-painful periods that have lead me to figure out ways of working through contractions when there is no other medication available.
