I am a Mum, wife, singing teacher and in remission from Acute Myeloid Leukaemia.
I went from diagnosis to treatment within 24 hours and then spent 17 turbulent months on the Cancer Roadshow as I call it. When it was nearing the end of treatment, I began to think about getting my life together again and how I wanted to live post cancer, so I wrote myself lots of little notes and questions..I then complied it all into this little workbook. I hope that others will find this little part journal, part workbook inspiring and helpful to navigate the recovery phase in the your cancer episode. It is a book for you to organise your thoughts, fears, joys, dreams and realities and other practical things like work.
