Michelle Berardi is an illustrator based in Toronto Canada, who studied Illustration at Sheridan College. A love of narrative and storytelling plays a very important role in her image making process. Incorporating metaphor and symbolism in the image making process allows her to make powerful statements through imagery. The illustrations focus primarily on historical events or current events that give the images authenticity and context. Focusing on human interactions and experiences gives the illustrations life, while focusing on conceptual ideas.
