I'm a Canadian watercolour artist & instructor living in a small community approximately 40 miles from Toronto, Ontario. I've been an artist my entire life. I enjoyed a successful 30-year business career that came to a close with early retirement in 2002 after which I became a full time artist and instructor in watercolours. In 2004, I was elected into Canada's national watercolour society known as The Canadian Society of Painters in Watercolour Colour (CSPWC). This Society was formed in 1925 by 2 of the infamous "Group of Seven" , Franklin Carmichael and A.J. Casson. I am also Past President of the Central Ontario Art Association. Today, my watercolour workshops take me throughout Ontario, Quebec, Mexico and Europe where I focus my attention on showing watercolour artists my methods for loosening up their current painting styles.
