About the Book
The author has explored and photographed the beautiful and relatively unknown town of Piran, which is situated on the rugged 46 km Slovenian coast, overlooking the Adriatic Sea. His images capture the charm and atmosphere of the winding jumble of narrow streets, lovely squares, working harbour and marina, all contained on a promontory and overlooked by the ancient cathedral He also visited and photographed the ancient seaside towns of Koper and Izola, as well as the wonderful Italian city of Trieste.
