Faces Facing Cancer is a book that profiles a diverse group of 50 Nova Scotian residents and their experiences with cancer. All of the funds raised by the Faces Facing Cancer book, above the cost of production, will go towards Katrin's Karepackage. Katrin's Karepackage works in partnership with the Canadian Cancer Society to offset the travel costs of Nova Scotian cancer patients travelling to Halifax for cancer-related appointments. We have featured cancer patients (various stages and types), cancer survivors, family members and caregivers of individuals who have had/have cancer, cancer researchers, cancer advocates, and healthcare professionals.
