    This recipe book rediscovers natural, old-fashioned recipes and use flour as our starting point in our effort of revival of old grandma’s recipes, of traditional, homemade confections, of all those recipes once handed down from generation to generation and now almost forgotten. It unlocks the secrets of traditional treats and to promote the rediscovery of the old-fashioned homemade taste as we believe that the dynamics of any culture depend on its ability to build its own identity through the preservation of tradition and to re-invent itself in the face of change and challenges without losing its own soul. The book was produced as part of a Comenius project and was part funded by the British Council.
