It unlocks the secrets of traditional treats and to promote the rediscovery of the old-fashioned homemade taste as we believe that the dynamics of any culture depend on its ability to build its own identity through the preservation of tradition and to re-invent itself in the face of change and challenges without losing its own soul. The book was produced as part of a Comenius project and was part funded by the British Council.
