My first trip in 1983 to the land of my birth, Kenya, fourteen years after landing in Canada introduced me to photography. Today I am a passionate photographer and traveller. Since 1983 I have travelled to East Africa seven more times and have photographed in Antarctica, Australia, Botswana, China, Egypt, Greenland, Iceland, India, South Africa, Namibia, New Zealand, Zimbabwe and various parts of Canada and the U.S.A. I have organized and conducted photo safaris to Kenya and Tanzania and witnessed first hand one of nature's wonders - the annual migration of millions of wildebeest and zebras in the Serengeti. Two other travel highlights come to mind - photographing the awesome Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe, from a helicopter and flying on the Concord from New York to London in one of the last commercial flights of this majestic aircraft.
