About

I am a practicing speech language pathologist with a focus in child language disorders. My research is clinically focused and revolves around developing new testing protocol and therapy tools for practicing SLPs. I specifically have interest in child and adolescent social language (sarcasm). My clinical work is with children from birth through high school with a special interest in higher-order language in the middle school years.

Currently, I am a Clinical Assistant Professor at Chapman University and the owner/founder of Unless. Therapy. As part of my responsibilities with CU, I serve as a clinical supervisor in the Orange County Childhood Language Center in Santa Ana.
