Following the advice of a friend who told me that there is a "book in everyone", I was still convinced that writing a book would be tough.

All I wanted was to see a book printed with my name on it.

I didn't do it to make money, nor did I have any dellusions about being famous.

Since "Just Dave" is all about me and my life, I didn't have any research to do. Neither did I have to create a character. As I got started I was amazed at the memories that started to flood back.

And thanks to Blurb Booksmart, my memoirs are all down there in print - with pictures - and my book shop quality book is now on my bookshelf.
