I'm a photographer based on Long Island, bound by nothing, and my beginnings are with bread.

I started exploring photography as the art director of my family's former business, Wenner Bread Products. But it wasn't until I started making portraits – of my wife, Michelle; of our friends, who were infinitely patient during those first years; and of the people encountered as I wandered the enigmatic and always-dynamic world of New York City – that I became fully enthralled by the spontaneity, the interaction, and the collaboration photography can provide.

I was capturing moments. I loved it.

When my family sold the company, I decided to commit completely to the camera – the easiest decision of my life.
