Prairie Fire Photography was born out of my love for the raw beauty and power that nature produces in the form of lightning. Many of us have looked up to the sky during a stormy night and simply watched what I feel is one of natures greatest shows.

I began taking lightning pictures to catch these fleeting moments of beauty. As I have taken more and more pictures I have come to appreciate the uniqueness of each bolt of lightning. I have placed my photos here to share natures art work. Nature has created the masterpiece - I have simply caught the moment. All these pictures were taken in Saskatchewan, Canada "The Land of Living Skies". I think you will agree that this is true. As I travel more I will continue to share my pictures with you.
