I was a high school math teacher in Franklin Furnace, Ohio and taught at Green High School. Currently, I’m and assistant principal. In my teaching, I used a classroom management system known as Skinner Money. This is a unique system that uses paper money to motivate students to do the best they can academically and behaviorally. Years of practice have led me to write a book about my system and share it with fellow teachers and administrators.
