About the Book
Eat My Words is a free email newsletter delivering one tasty recipe into your inbox every Wednesday. We (Michelin-star-trained chef Fraser, and not Michelin-star-trained writer Ben) started the newsletter at the beginning of Lockdown One as a way to entertain, gently educate, and keep busy. Each Eat My Words recipe focuses on the beautiful simplicity of Italian cooking. Take a handful of good-quality ingredients, apply some straightforward cooking techniques (and usually an unhealthy amount of parmesan), and make popular dishes even more delicious. This cookbook brings the first 18 months of recipes into one collection.
