This first issue of the 'Echo-man' comic series is about Echida (pronounced ye-SHé-da), a lab technician who possesses a supernatural ability to use sound waves to destroy his enemies to protect New York City from getting into the hands of a ruthless villain named, Broom-Blaakkk, who plans to create havoc throughout Manhattan.
