    About the Book

    Edit

Tragedy: the very basis of human existence. An empire fallen, a lover buried, a flower trampled. An empty sea, awaiting a lover. Battlefields that wear young men. All little needles to the heart. Is history more tragedy than victory? Who is to say?
Paint us your tragedies, whether meek or all-consuming. Bring us across continents, across ages, across tales that we may sit with and squeeze their hands in an effort to comfort them. Let us grieve together, but also honor.
ECHO Review is pleased to present our second issue. We invite you to love this issue as dearly as we do, and to appreciate the emotions and sense of community that our contributors have fostered within their writing.
