I was born on July third, 1963 In San Francisco, California. I grew up in Columbus, Ohio and went to college at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. I graduated from there with a degree in Fine Arts in 1986. I've lived and exhibited artwork all over the place since then, but most of the time I've been in Venice California. There are many commonly held beliefs that I don't share in, or adhere to, or for that matter, even take seriously - but what I do believe in, is the existence of Beauty. I believe that not only does it exist, but that It is all around us, even when we don't notice it. I believe that It exists independently of our perception of It. I believe that through practice and attention we can hone our ability to see Beauty. I believe that this pursuit is the most valuable way we can spend our time. As an artist, I strive first to experience the Beauty around us, and then to transcribe it into a readily recognizable visual form that can be shared with others for the sak
