This book was born as a reaction to the standard corporate pictures. I had always the feeling that - sunk between locations in more or less nice offices, smiles, care for the customer, brand, frienship - workers were almost out of focus, vagues shapes.



So I was curious to see what can happen removing offices, shining lights, smiles (not all)... and keeping only people.



I hope that the result is interesting for you as it is for me.



Working Class is the result of 5 months of hard work and

collaboration from all the people involved which I would like to thank.



Questo libro nasce come una reazione alle normali foto aziendali. Ho sempre avuto l'impressione che affondate tra location in uffici più o meno belli, sorrisi, attenzione al cliente, cordialità, brand le persone fossero sempre un pò a margine delle foto, tanto da renderle tutte in fondo uguali ed indistinte.



Così ho voluto vedere cosa succede eliminando uffici, luci sfavillanti, sorrisi forzati... insomma lasciando solo le persone e, spero, il risultato di questo lavoro sia interessante per voi come lo è per me.



La realizzazione di Working Class ha richiesto 5 mesi di lavoro e tanta disponibilità da parte di tute le persone che hanno partecipato e che vorrei ringraziare.
