Michele Grimson is an Irish born artist, living and working in France. She studied Fine Art in 1994 at Crawford College of Art & Design in Cork. From 1994 she has held solo shows and has also became involved in group exhibitions around Ireland. In 1996, she also studied Graphic Design and worked for several different companies in Dublin, within various industries, from Marketing to Publishing. Whilst working for publishers, she was commissoned to illustrate for magazines because of her background in fine art, her imaginative style and rich use of colours. This branched out to the illustration of cards and commercial literature.
