Services for Artists opened its doors in 2006 after almost 10 years of independent consulting and training on-site with artists in western region of the United States. Since that time we have worked with hundreds of artists around the globe in a variety of ways including consulting, design, business development, research and promotion. Services for Artists was founded by artist Jimmy Sellars who has devoted much of his career to helping other artists for nearly 20 years. In 2007 Mr. Sellars received the Village Voice's publication Westword's Mastermind in the Visual Arts Award and has been featured in many radio and newspaper interviews regarding his work in the art community. He is also a visual artist working in many media and exhibits internationally.
