My name is Obie Richman, I am from Liverpool, United Kingdom. I am currently

a student at Hugh Baird college studying for a BTEC Extended Diploma in

Graphic Design, under the influence of Andrew Jones, Shirley Brown and Pete Taylor.



What you will see within these pages is a development of one years work,

one years practise and one years experimentation.



From my teenage years I always knew I would be an artist, and would persue

this career in one manifestation way or another, during the academic year

2010 and 2011 I have discovered advertising, typography, photography, digital

manipulation, illustration and self belief. During my time in college I have expanded

my creative skills and abilities that gave me confidence to start working outside of

college with small size businesses and local people.



Being in at college enviroment with other like minded people has given me a taste

for the design studio enviroment that I aspire to be a part of in the future.



What inspires me and my work is the sheer expanse of the internet and what it has

to offer, at a click of a button I can see thousands of current working artist and

designers, each one Inspiring me to explore, develop Ideas and techniques
