In October 2007 at the invitation of the Brazilian Air Force I the reporter Hugo Marques followed Min of Defense Nelson Jobim and military commando squads to visit the Army border in the states of Amazonas, Acre and Rondônia to stage the Defence Strategic Plan, which was subsequently delivered to then President Lula. a journey of six days knowing the reality of Excercito background, indigenous Peoples and the riverside population.
