Born in 1972, in Skadovsk, Ukraine. All the childhood was spent near by the sea, which somehow resulted in prevalence of lovely photographical themes such as seascape and sky. Education was given in Dnepropetrovsk, where I live and work. Long time exposure photography, sharp light transitions, meditative minimalism, theme of loneliness – are all together my main direction in photography. I don’t have any idols in photography, but with a great pleasure would review masterpieces done by Ansel Adams, Michael Kenna and David Fokos. In some relations, I might call them as my teachers. I prefer works in black and white, but also joyfully work with colors though. Photography is the life style, self expression, meditation, in the same time it’s sorrow and gladness.
