This is the family edition of Sonny's Acres, 80 Years on Pigeon Lake. It is the history of the development of the south shore of Pigeon Lake, in the Town of Liberty, Manitowoc, Wisconsin, as told by John Sonnenburg.

His father purchased the land in 1926 and developed it over the next 15 years. The book chronicles the various milestones and provides a glimpse into all of the special times had by family, friends and relatives over the years.

This family edition is an extended version with a photo album spanning the 1960s - 2008.
