We wrote One Delicious Class to celebrate all we learned in our studies of Martin Luther King, Jr. and the Civil Rights Movement. The class wanted to show our readers what we learned in a way that makes sense to us. We hope that everyone who reads this book will remember that it is who we are on the inside that is important. The colors on the outside don't really matter at all.
