My journey to becoming an artist started when I was a little boy in East Africa. Every day I used to play in the forest around my house. I would climb trees and sit on a branch swaying back and forth with the wind to comfort myself. I loved the movement, the same way some children love riding in cars in the western world. Sometimes, I would fall from the tree, and land on top of fallen branches on the ground. I would grab the branches and draw on the rocks. That was the beginning for me. Today, some of my professors call me an artist and a comedian. But more than that, I am a man searching for the truth about the world we live in. I am very curious about nature and how the world was formed. I am curious about humans and animals. The ocean, land, sky, volcanoes, earthquakes, and hurricanes. All things in nature. I am also curious about religion and about life and death. My search is for the truth behind all of this. I have become a man that does not accept some theories. My art is related to this search for truth. Although there are many more truths out there, I Know much more now than before I became an artist. One thing is for sure though, I love all human being.
