    About the Book

    Edit

Los Angeles gets over 30% of its water from the aqueduct engineered to use gravity as its sole source of power over 100 years ago by William Mulholland. This photo essay follows the same path that Julius Oliver and William Frick drove to document the "waterfall' from Owens Valley to San Fernando. As California's drought worsens it is important that the population of Los Angeles know how precarious their situation could be become - or in some opinions - will become. This essay points out key features of the Los Angeles Aqueduct.
