Igor Mojzes is an artist whose works can be found in numerous public and private art collections worldwide. He lives and works in Jerusalem, Israel. Born in Zagreb, Croatia, 1955, Igor has been painting from childhood. Upon completing secondary education and moving to Toronto, Canada, Igor studied natural sciences, landscape architecture and urban planning. All this time, he painted and exhibited continuously. After working for a number of years in the land development industry and landscape architecture profession, in 1986 Igor became a professor of landscape architecture at Ryerson University, Toronto, which he left in order to devote himself to painting full time in 1996. Since than, he has taught painting with The Toronto Board of Education as well as privately, and has had over a hundred exhibitions in Canada, United States, Croatia, Italy and Israel. He is a member of Croatian Society of Artists and The Professional Visual Artists Association of Israel.
