Sudarshan loves making images and enjoys its creative process. His work involves short and long term non-journalistic projects, mostly personal in nature. Through his art, he tries to establish a sense of time, search social theories, look at the world from a different perspective, and sometimes he depicts his own state of mind. He was born and brought up in a village of West Bengal, studied electrical engineering, and now works in a multinational software firm. He has had the fortune to spend a good extent of time on his personal photo projects, travelling, and collaborating with fellow photographers. He lived in London, Dallas, and New York City, and got acquainted with many people, and their different cultures and nationalities. His quest for new experience compelled him to continually evolve his thought process, while reminding him the importance of carrying a camera with humor, compassion and curiosity.
