About the Book
In memory of his parents, the author here creates what is described as an "anti-art book." Over two hundred photographs of his mother's paintings and drawings are shown without once mentioning her name (thus emphasizing, in his view, the peculiar relationships between commerce, art, vanity, creativity, egotism, cultural elitism, mental illness, and social insanity). The text, while highly opinionated and iconoclastic, flows easily with the photos and provides an interesting impression of what his parents valued in art and in their lives. Apparently, Burning Man is also about someone's Burning Mom.

My bio isn't important. "Arthur Atlast" isn't even a real name. I'm just a guy who wrote a few books . Big deal. On the other hand, if you want to learn a few things and be mildly entertained, you're welcome to download the pdfs. After all, the books contain the real bio . . . and like their author, they're fittingly weird.
