For National Writing Day on Wednesday 21st June 2017 the children of Stebbing Primary School collaborated to create this fun, creative and fascinating story all about a squirrel who is not your ordinary squirrel. As you may be able to tell when you read the story, each class had their own section to write. The day started with Wrens class writing the introduction followed by Kingfishers who wrote the build up. Woodpeckers class then took over and wrote the problem which was resolved in Kestrels class. Lastly, the book went to Owls class for the ending and this was where the story received it's final editing. The children also produced the incredibly creative and eye-catching illustrations to go with the story.
