لێواری شەو هەم دیوانە شیعر و هەم وەکو ئەرشیفێکە بۆ شیعر و نوسینەکانی شاعیر عیرفان ئەحمەدی تیرۆر کراو، لەهەمان کاتدا ئەو نوسینانەی کە نووسەران و هونەرمەندان سەبارەت بە شاعیر نوسیویانە.
لەم دیوانەیا سەرجەم شیعرەکانی شاعیری تێدایە کە بۆم کۆکرابێتەوە . هاوڕێی نزیکی شاعیر (سەلام مستەفا) ی نووسەر لە چاپی دووهەمی دیوانی (چاپی سێهەمی مەراقێك) دا زوربەی شیعرەکانی عیرفانی کۆکردبوەوە و بە هاوکاری بنکەی ئەدەبی روناکبیری وگەلاوێژ ئەرکی چاپکردنیان گرتببوەو ئەستۆ. لێواری شەو سەرجەم ئەو شیعرانەی ئەو دیوانەی تیدایە بە ئیزافە کردنی ئەو شیعرانەی تر کە بە کۆمەکی هاوڕێ نزیکەکانی لە کوردستان بۆمان کۆکرایەوە. لەهەمان کاتدا دەسنووسەکانی شاعیر و وێنەی تایبەتی تێدایە کە گرنگن بۆ ئەرشیف بمێێتەوە. هیوام سپۆنسەرمان دەست بکەوێت لە پاشەڕۆژا تا بتوانین ژمارەیەکی باشی ئەم دیوانە چاپ بکرێت و بخرێتە بەر دەستی خوێنەران.

لێواری شەو پەرتوکێکی کۆمێرشاڵ نییەو بێ سپۆنسەریشە من وەکو وەفایەك ئەم پەرتوکە پێشکەش دەکەم بە رۆحی برای بە ناهەق کوژراوم عیرفان و دایکی بە تواناو میهرەبانمان رەحمە مەحمود، کە لە تەمەنێکی زۆر گەنجەوە بە تەنها ئەرکی بەخێوکردنی ۷ مناڵەکەی گرتە ئەستۆی دوای مردنی هاوسەرەکەی. مۆمی ژیانی خۆی کوژاندەوە بۆ داگیرسانی ۷ مۆمی تر کە یەکێکیان عیرفانی داهێنەر بوو.
