Peter de Jong (1949 the Netherlands) has a master's degree in art therapy and worked as an art therapist for 20 years in mental health organizations. He travelled through six continents before he settled down in Portugal. Since 2005 he works and lives in the Algarve. He has been showing his work publicly since 1995 and had exhibitions in Switzerland, Portugal, Holland, Australia and Canada. He is inspired by Zen Buddhism and Advaita and his work shows his search for what is real.
