I love travelling, and in my old age I have discovered the true beauty of Great Britain, something I ignored for most of my life.



As a huge fan of the travel writer Bill Bryson, I was particularly enamoured by his book 'Notes from a small island', an account of his journeys around Britain. With this in view, I decided to do something similar, but using my cameras images instead of words.



This first volume covers my short visit to the Dorset coast (I WILL return someday) and my longer ramblings around the Lake District and Wales.
