About the Book
This word, even though small encompasses a galaxy full of possibilities. As choreographers, we CREATE daily, expressing our joys, sorrows, and fears through every motion.
We are strong, technical, artistic, athletic, STORYTELLERS.
The purpose of this journal, (yes, it will make you pick up a pen!), is to better connect you to your art form.
It asks the why's, gives you space to be creative and technical organizes your thought process for performances, allows for reflection and much more!
Every question asked regarding your choreography,
no matter if it's what costumes you want your performer(s)

These questions are intended to transform each piece into memorable works of
art while turning you into the best choreographer and storyteller you can be.

About the Creator
Being in love with dance her whole life, Amy Ruth has driven nationwide (multiple times!!), to share what she feels will be a huge impact on the next generation of dancers. Her childhood dance instructor taught her at a very young age, to use music and dance therapeutically. "Ms Margie," believed giving her dancers the freedom of choosing their own music and costumes to connect them better to their performances. This sparked Amy's passion for the art form, and now, after dancing through 35 years of her life, her passion is to encourage the next generation of dancers, in creating their own choreography. She believes wholeheartedly, bringing life experiences, no matter joyful or tragic to the stage, can be healing and powerful. After nearly 20 years of teaching, Amy currently resides in Southern California, where she works daily in teaching her students to "CREATE"
