    About the Book

    Edit

These are the last three stories in the Farot series. Barber Shop Quartet has Jerôme working in a two chair barber shop in Belmont Shore, a beach village in Long Beach, California. He is twenty-five years old, and his boss, Bernie, is forty-four. We spend Good Friday, 1966 with them in the barber shop. “Tales of the Iron Chair” takes the reader to Half Moon Bay, California nine years later. By now Jerôme owns his own shop. “The Ragman Draws Circles” is a bicycle tour of Santa Cruz, California.
