Since I was old enough to carry a camera I have had one in my hands... So naturally my other hobbies end up on film! I love to cook for other people and the prettier the food the more I like it. Food has to be pretty, has to taste amazing and must not be something that takes too much energy... elegant... but SIMPLE! It was only natural that I would end up writing a cookbook of all the recipes I have collected for decades and include full page photos of all my favorites! It was hard not to put in photos of the cats... or my gardens... but ONE LOVE at a time! My first book is all about great food that is easy to make and will make your family happy!
